DANCE PROGRAM ATTIRE
BALLET:
All ballet students are required to wear pink slippers and pink tights. Hair must be worn in a tight bun. Leotard colors are listed below by level:Story Ballet - White leotard (white skirt optional)
Pre Ballet 1 - Pink leotard (pink skirt optional)
Pre Ballet 2 - Lavender leotard (white skirt optional)
Confetti - Garnet leotard (black skirt optional). Low-heeled tap shoes required for tap portion of class.
Ballet 1 - Light blue leotard
Ballet 2 - Royal leotard
Ballet 3 - Navy leotard
Ballet 4 - Burgundy leotard
Ballet 5 - Dark teal leotard
Ballet 6-P2 - Black leotard
CONTEMPORARY:
Jazz/Lyrical/Modern - Leotard or tank top with jazz pants, capris or shorts. Dancers will be barefoot unless specific shoe is required by instructor. Hair must be pulled back.Tap - Light weight t-shirt or tank top with jazz pants, capris or shorts. Low heeled tap shoes required. Hair must be pulled back.
Hip Hop - Light weight t-shirt or tank top with and baggy pants. Jazz shoes or hip-hop sneakers required. No gym shoes worn outdoors, please. Hair must be pulled back.
SPECIALTY CLASSES:
Beginning Latin/Latin Basics - Leotard and skirt. Hair must be pulled back. Ballroom shoes required.Rhytmic Gymnastics - Leotard or exercise wear. Hair must be pulled back. Students may wear jazz shoes or go barefoot.
Stretch & Strength - Leotard or exercise wear. Hair must be pulled back. Students will be barefoot or in socks.
Dance Team/Jumps, Leaps & Turns - Leotard or exercise wear. Hair must be pulled back. Shoes determined by instructor.
PRE/KINDER CLASSES:
Play Dance/Kinder Hip Hop - Comfortable street clothes or exercise wear. Clean gym shoes only.Pre Jazz/Tap - Leotard or exercise wear. Jazz shoes and low-heeled tap shoes required. Hair must be pulled back.
